Method:

  1. Line your baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Tenderly lay your leaves across the baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper, a few cumin seeds and some chilli flakes.
  4. Bake @ 180 for 10 mins. Flip. Serve!
