FUN FACT: Putting your tomatoes in the fridge causes the DNA to change!

Yep, in a fridge, the genes that are responsible for making the tomato taste like a tomato get turned off! Luckily, your Misfit tomatoes this summer are coming straight from the vine to your front door. Thanks to our favourite T&G geothermal hot house just outside of Taupo, they haven't been in a cold store (unlike most supermarket ones) so will still smell & taste 10/10.
Tip: store them upside down to make them last longer! This stops air entering the stem and moisture leaving them.
