A local farmer donated a corner of their sweetcorn paddock for the school to sell, but the teachers have since thought that it may be a lot of work for 8 year olds to sell 2000 sweetcorn... and wondered if we would like to help out!

We popped out to the farm on Sunday morning to pick up the freshly harvested corn and have donated the funds directly to the school instead! Win win for both sides, as we now have some delicious local sweetcorn for your boxes and the school kids have funds for the Summer camp

FIGHT FOOD WASTE WITH A DELIVERY OF MISFIT FRUIT & VEG

We are a subscription box with a conscience; we connect farmers and every day kiwis closer together.

Instead of telling growers what we want (which is how the food system usually works) we speak to them each week to find out what is already grown and what is needing a home.

In your Misfit Box you can expect the 'too big', the 'too small', the 'too misfit', as well as some damn fresh produce (the way it's meant to be!)
