Ingredients:
- 1x kohlrabi, peeled and sliced into 1 cm disks
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Method:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Kohlrabi: Place the kohlrabi disks in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well to coat evenly.
