Well, here are some ideas to put the 'rad' back in radish!
- Serve them raw; thinly sliced on buttery toast, topped with salt. Yummo!
- Pickle them! (Just use a vinegar, sugar, salt and water mix)
- Cut julienne style, and top your risotto, pasta, stir-fry or curry with them. The radishes bring a cool and crunchy gift to your taste buds.
