Sour cream, chives and smoked salmon.
Blue cheese and cranberries.
Smashed avo and tomatoes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the kumara and cut the ends off and then cut them into ¼-inch-thick slices. Brush both sides of the kumara slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the slices on the prepared baking sheet and roast until they are golden brown and crisp, 17 to 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
